We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,
After perusal of:
- Dubai Law No. 6 of 1997 Concerning Contracts of Government Departments in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 18 of 2006 Concerning Management and Realisation of the Public Funds of the Government of Dubai;
- The Dubai Order of 1961 Establishing the Dubai Municipality; and
- Dubai Local Order No. 11 of 2003 Concerning Public Health and Community Safety in the Emirate of Dubai (the “Original Order”),
Do hereby issue this Decision.
Article 70 and Article 71 of the Original Order are hereby superseded by the following:
Lost animals will be caught and held in sheds prepared by the Competent Department for this purpose, and will be subject to the following:
