We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council,
- having reviewed Dubai Law No. 5 of 1995 establishing the Department of Finance,
- Dubai Law No. 31 of 2009 establishing the Government of Dubai Human Resources Department and its amendments,
- Dubai Law No. 26 of 2023 on the Dubai Executive Council,
- Dubai Decree No. 1 of 2023 on Governance of Councils and Committees of the Government of Dubai,
have decided the following:
The following words and phrases, wherever mentioned in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated against each of them, unless the context requires otherwise :
Emirate: Emirate of Dubai.
Executive Council: The Executive Council of the Emirate.
The Committee: The Steering Committee formed in accordance with the provisions of this Decision to supervise the realisation of the Project.
Project: Human Resource Profiling Project.
Chairman: The head of the Сommittee.
