We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council,
- having reviewed Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Authority’,
- Dubai Law No. 22 of 2006 On Traffic Tariffs in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments, and its Executive Regulations,
- Dubai Law No. 26 of 2023 on the Executive Council of Dubai and
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 19 of 2010 approving the fees and fines resulting from the Traffic Toll Law in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
The Table No. 1 On Determining the Traffic Toll Fee on Vehicles and Traffic Toll Cards attached to Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 19 of 2010 shall be replaced by the table attached to this Decision.
