We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
- having reviewed Dubai Decree No. 8 of 2010 on the Emirates Credit Information Company,
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 6 of 2006 on the procedures for establishing a Credit Information Authority in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
Dubai Decree No. 8 of 2010 on the Emirates Credit Information Company and Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 6 of 2006 on the procedures for establishing a Credit Information Authority in the Emirate of Dubai are hereby abrogated.
This Decree shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
