We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 9 of 2015 Concerning the Dubai World Trade Centre, hereinafter referred to as "the Centre",
have decided the following:
The piece of land No. (5211016), located in the Airport City area, whose boundaries and area are indicated on the map attached to this Decree, shall be annexed to the free zone of the Centre.
a. The piece of land referred to in Article 1 of this Decree shall be considered a free zone. The provisions of Dubai Law No. 9 of 2015 referred to above and the decisions issued pursuant thereto shall apply to it and to the companies and institutions licensed to operate within it.
b. The Centre shall exercise its authority in the areas covered by the piece of land referred to in Article 1 of this Decree, and over the companies and institutions licensed to operate therein, with the powers granted to them under Dubai Law No. 9 of 2015 referred to above and the decisions issued pursuant thereto and the legislation in f...
