We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 32 of 2009 Concerning the Executive Office and its amendments,
- Dubai Law No. 28 of 2024 Concerning the Establishment of Al Maktoum Archives, hereinafter referred to as "the Archives".
have decided the following:
a. The Archives's Board of Directors shall be formed, chaired by the Head of the Executive Office, and comprising the following members:
1. The Secretary General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai.
2. Director General of Dubai Municipality.
3. Director General of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority.
4. Director General of the Executive Office.
5. Deputy Chairman of the Dubai Media Council and Managing Director.
6. Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Library Archives.
7. Two members with experience and expertise in the Archives's field of work, selected by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
