- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 1 of 2001 establishing the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 19 of 2005 Concerning the Financing of Projects Related to the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation;
- Dubai Decree No. 22 of 2009 Concerning Special Development Zones in the Emirate of Dubai, the Order establishing the Dubai Municipal Council of 1961;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 50 of 2016 On the Regulation of Markets Affiliated with the Dubai Municipality and its amendments;
- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 27 of 2023 Concerning the Designation of Markets Affiliated with the Dubai Municipality and the Rules and Conditions for the Disposal of Leased Property therein and its amendments
have decided following:
