We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 Concerning the Financial System of the Government of Dubai, its Executive regulations and amendments thereto;
- Dubai Law No. 26 of 2023 Concerning the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 5 of 2025 on Public Health in the Emirate of Dubai, hereinafter referred to as "the Law";
- Dubai Local Order No. 11 of 2003 Concerning Public Health and Community Safety in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 30 of 2007 Issuing the Executive Regulations for Dubai Local Order No. 11 of 2003 Concerning Public Health and Community Safety in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,
have decided the following:
