Dubai Decree No. 32 of 2025 Amending Certain Provisions of Dubai Decree No. 3 of 2022 Establishing the Financial Markets Enforcement Committee of the Emirate of Dubai

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai

- Having reviewed Dubai Decree No. 3 of 2022 Establishing the Financial Markets Enforcement Committee for the Emirate of Dubai

hereby decree the following:

Article 1 - Replaced Article

The text of Article 2 of Dubai Decree No. 3 of 2022 referred to above shall be replaced by the following text:

Article 2 - Formation of the Committee

A permanent committee shall be established in the Emirate pursuant to this Decree, to be known as the ‘Financial Markets Enforcement Committee of the Emirate of Dubai.’ Its members shall be appointed by a decision issued by the Ruler.

Article 2 - Enforcement and Publication

This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
