After perusal of:
- Federal Law No. 13 of 2007 Concerning Commodities Subject to Import and Export Control and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2009 Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy;
- Dubai Law No. 5 of 1995 Establishing the Department of Finance;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai and its Executive Regulation;
- Dubai Law No. 12 of 2016 Regulating the Security Industry in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Decree No. 13 of 2020 Regulating Dealing in Strategic Commodities in the Emirate of Dubai; and
- Dubai Decision No. 9 of 2020 Concerning Performance of the Functions Related to Strategic Commodities,
Do hereby issue this Decree.
The following words and expressions, wherever mentioned in this Decree, will have the meaning indicated opposite each of them unless the context implies otherwise:
