We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, having reviewed

- Dubai Law No. 3 of 1992 on the Formation of Courts in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments; 

- Dubai Law No. 6 of 1992 on the Establishment of the Judicial Council and its amendments; 

- Dubai Law No. 1 of 1994 on Court Fees and its amendments; 

- Dubai Law No. 7 of 2006 Concerning Land Registration in the Emirate of Dubai; 

- Dubai Law No. 8 of 2007 concerning Guarantee Accounts Real Estate Development in the Emirate of Dubai;

- Dubai Law No. 16 of 2007 establishing the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA);

- Dubai Law No. 13 of 2008 regulating Initial Property Registration in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

- Dubai Executive Council Resolution No. 6 of 2010 approving the Executive Regulations of Dubai Law No. 13 of 2008 regulating the Interim Property Register in the Emirate of Dubai,
