Dubai Decree No. 17 of 2015 Forming the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority

We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai,

After perusal of:

- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments; 

- Dubai Decree No. 14 of 2006 Forming the Board of Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 8 of 2006 Establishing the Agencies Affiliated to the Roads and Transport Authority and Approving their Corporate and Organisational Structure;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 13 of 2010 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Roads and Transport Authority;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 24 of 2013 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Licensing Agency of the Roads and Transport Authority; and

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 39 of 2014 Approving the Organisational Structure of Some Agencies Affiliated to the Roads and Transport Authority,

Do hereby issue this Decree.
