- Dubai Decree No. 28 of 2005 Concerning Governance of the Boards and Committees Affiliated to the Government of Dubai,
- Dubai Decree No. 51 of 2005 appointing a Member of the Executive Council,
- Dubai Decree No. 30 of 2006 appointing the Chairman of the Executive Council,
- Dubai Decree No. 25 of 2008 appointing two Vice Presidents of the Executive Council,
- Dubai Decree No. 59 of 2009 appointing a Member of the Executive Council,
- Dubai Decree No. 45 of 2013 appointing members of the Executive Council,
- Dubai Decree No. 21 of 2023 appointing two Deputy Rulers of the Emirate of Dubai,
