Dubai Decision of Board of Directors No. 2 of 2025 On Regulations Governing the Use of Housing Services and Conditions for Relinquishing Such Services

Chairman of the Board

- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 2 of 2023 on the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 1 of 2023 Issuing the Executive Regulations for Dubai Law No. 2 of 2023 on the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment;

- Based on the approval of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment

have decided the following:

Article 1 - Definitions 

The words and phrases contained in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in Dubai Law No. 2 of 2023 and Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 1 of 2023, referred to above. 

Article 2 - Priority Cases for Obtaining Housing Services

Priority in obtaining housing services shall be given to the following cases:

1. Applications approved by the Establishment on the basis of seniority.

2. Applications submitted by persons with disabilities who have a pressing need for any of the housing services.
