We, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, After perusal of:
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Decree No. 28 of 2015 Concerning Governance of the Boards and Committees Affiliated to the Government of Dubai;
- Dubai Decision No. 3 of 2017 Forming the Committee for Developing Construction Works Permit Procedures in the Emirate of Dubai (the “Original Decision”);
- Dubai Order of 1961 Establishing the Dubai Municipality; and
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 32 of 2018 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Dubai Municipality,
Do hereby issue this Decision.
Article 2, Article 4, Article 8, Article 9 and Article 10 of the Original Decision are hereby superseded by the following:
