Dubai Decision No. 3 of 2023 Regulating the Work of the Committee for Deferral of and Exemption from Payment of Judicial Fees

The President of the Dubai Courts, 
After perusal of:  

- Dubai Law No. 21 of 2015 Concerning Judicial Fees of the Dubai Courts and its amendments; 

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 38 of 2020 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Dubai Courts; and 

- Dubai Decision No. 6 of 2022 Forming the Committee for Deferral of and Exemption from the Payment of Judicial Fees, 

- Does hereby issue this Decision. 

Article 1 — Definitions

 The following words and expressions, wherever mentioned in this Decision, will have the meaning indicated opposite each of them unless the context implies otherwise: 

UAE:  The United Arab Emirates. 

Law: Dubai Law No. 21 of 2015 Concerning Judicial Fees of the Dubai Courts and its amendments. 

Committee: The Committee for Deferral of and Exemption from the Payment of Judicial Fees established pursuant to the Law. 
                                                 
Application:  An application for deferral of or exemption from the payment of judicial fees.
