We, Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, President of the Judicial Council,
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 13 of 2016 Concerning the Judicial Authority in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 11 of 2025 Establishing the Dubai Centre for Judicial Expertise, hereinafter referred to as "the Centre";
- Based on the recommendation of the Secretary General of the Judicial Council of the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
a. The Board of Directors of the Centre shall be formed, chaired by the Director of Dubai Courts, and comprising the following members:
1. The Director General of the Dubai Judicial Institute.
2. Two representatives from the Dubai Courts.
3. A representative of the Dubai Public Prosecution.
4. A representative of the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.
5. A representative of the General Department of Forensic Science and Criminalistics at Dubai Police.
6. A representative of the Dubai Rental Disputes Centre.
