We, Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Chairman of the Dubai Municipality,
In accordance with the exigencies of public interest,
Do hereby issue this Order.
A holder of the licence of a company or corporation operating in the Emirate of Dubai is hereby authorised to take lease of government land for the purpose of constructing labour accommodation for the workers of that company or corporation, provided that at least fifty (50) workers are employed by it.

The Dubai Municipality will consider the relevant lease applications, and issue the necessary decisions thereon.
