We, Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Higher Committee for the Protection of the Rights of People of Determination,
- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 8 of 2015 On the Community Development Authority in Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2022 On the Protection of the Rights of people of determination in the Emirate of Dubai, its Executive regulations and amendments;
- Having reviewed Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 83 of 2024 On the Formation of the Higher Committee for the Protection of the Rights of People of Determination,
have decided the following:
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
Emirate: The Emirate of Dubai.
Higher Committee: The Higher Committee for the Protection of the Rights of People of Determination.
