- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 101 of 2024 Approving Administrative Violations and Fines for Foreign Banks Operating in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 107 of 2024 Regarding the Application of Tax on Foreign Banks operating in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
The words and expressions used in this Decision shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in Dubai Law No. 1 of 2024 referred to above. For the purposes of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
