The Director General of Dubai Community Development Authority,
having reviewed:
- Dubai Law No. 8 of 2015 on the Community Development Authority in Dubai, hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”,
- Dubai Law No. 32 of 2015 on the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 12 of 2017 regulating non-profit organizations in the Emirate of Dubai;
has decided the following:
A non-profit organization named “Bazm Urdu” shall be established and registered under No. 59 in the records of the Authority, with its headquarters and circle of activity in the Emirate of Dubai, in order to carry out the following activities:
1. Social.
2. Cultural.
The non-profit organization shall comply with the provisions of Dubai Law No. 12 of 2017 and the legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai.
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force from the date of its publication.
