Dubai Administrative Decision No. 817 of 2024 Determining the Railway Violations that Require Issuing Warnings Prior to Imposing Fines

The Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority,

After perusal of:

- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments;

- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 1 of 2017 Regulating Railways in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments; and

- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 462 of 2017 Determining the Railway Violations that Require Issuing Warnings Prior to Imposing Fines,

Do hereby issue this Decision.

Article 1 - Violations that Require Issuing Warnings Prior to Imposing Fines

The following violations, set out in the Schedules attached to the above-mentioned Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 1 of 2017 and its amendments, require issuing written warnings prior to imposing fines:

1. the violations set out in Items (3), (4), and (5) of Schedule 5;

2. the violations set out in Items (1), (2), and (3) of Schedule 6, where the committed violation does not constitute a serious hazard to the Railway Critical Zone or Protection Zone; and
