has decided:
The following words and phrases, wherever mentioned in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated against each of them, unless the context requires otherwise.
Authority: Roads and Transport Authority.
Organization: Traffic and Roads organization within the Authority.
Department: Smart Traffic Systems Department in the Organization.
Vehicle: A mechanical machine, ordinary or motorized bicycle, carriage, or any other device that moves on the road by mechanical force or any other means.
Road: Any road that is open for public use by vehicles.
