The following words and phrases, wherever used in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated against each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Authority: Roads and Transport Authority.
Director General: Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Taxi: A light vehicle designed to transport passengers for a tariff set by the Authority.
Plate: The Plate issued by the Authority to identify the Taxi vehicle.
Beneficiary: The natural person in whose name the Plate is registered.
Monthly Allowance: The amount of money that is paid monthly to the Beneficiary in return for the Authority's use of his Plate.
Compensation: The amount of money paid to the Beneficiary or their heirs on a one-...
