The Director General of the Dubai Municipality, 

After perusal of: 

- The powers legally vested in him pursuant to the Order Establishing the Dubai Municipality (the “DM”); and 

- Dubai Local Order No. 89 of 1994 Regulating the Engineering Consultancy Profession in the Emirate of Dubai, as amended by Dubai Local Order No. 106 of 1997, and 

For the purpose of regulating Engineering Firms and supervising their work with a view to developing and promoting the engineering consultancy profession in the Emirate of Dubai, and 

In accordance with work requirements,

Does hereby issue this Decision. 

Article 1
