has decided the following:
The following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth opposite them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Emirate: Emirate of Dubai.
Authority: The Roads and Transport Authority.
Municipality: Dubai Municipality.
Decision: Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 18 of 2017 Regarding the Licensing and Regulation of Recreational Motorcycles in the Emirate of Dubai.
Organization: Licensing Organization at the Authority.
