has decided:
The following words and phrases, wherever used in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated against each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
State: United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: Dubai Emirate.
Authority: Roads and Transport Authority.
Director General: The Director General and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Organization: Traffic and Roads organization within Roads and Transport Authority.
Relevant Department: The organisation's parking department.
Decision: Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 5 of 2016 On the Regulation of Vehicle Parking in the Emirate of Dubai.
