- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 13 of 2010 Regarding the Approval of the Organisational Structure of the Roads and Transport Authority;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 31 of 2011 Regarding the Regulation of Vehicle Number trading in the Emirate of Dubai
have decided the following:
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings assigned to them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Authority: The Roads and Transport Authority.
Competent Department: Vehicle Licensing Department at the Authority.
