Director General of the Municipality:

- Having reviewed the powers legally vested in us by the Dubai Municipality Establishment Decree,

- Dubai Local Order No. 11 of 2003 Concerning Public Health and Community Safety in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments,

- As presented to us by the Assistant Director General for Environment and Public Health Affairs,

- and in the interest of labour,

has decided the following:
