Dubai Administrative Decision No. 255 of 2021 Amending Dubai Administrative Decision No. 51 of 1998 Issuing the Executive Regulation of Dubai Local Order No. 89 of 1994 Regulating the Engineering Consultancy Profession in the Emirate of Dubai

The Director General of the Dubai Municipality, 

After perusal of: 

- The Dubai Local Order of 1961 Establishing the Dubai Municipality (the “DM”); 

- Dubai Local Order No. 89 of 1994 Regulating the Engineering Consultancy Profession in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments; 

- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 51 of 1998 Issuing the Executive Regulation of Dubai Local Order No. 89 of 1994 Regulating the Engineering Consultancy Profession in the Emirate of Dubai (the 
“Original Decision”); and 

- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 32 of 2006 Forming the Committee for Registration and Licensing of Engineering Consultants and Contractors in the Emirate of Dubai and its  amendments,  

Do hereby issue this Decision. 

Article 1 - Superseded Articles 

Article 1, Article 5, Article 6, and Article 20 of the Original Decision are hereby superseded by the following:
