- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 18 of 2024 On the Regulation of Waste Management in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Decree No. 34 of 2022 Establishing the Organizations Affiliated with Dubai Municipality and Defining their Powers;
- Dubai Order of 1961 Establishing the Dubai Municipal Council;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 58 of 2017 On the Approval of Fees and Fines for Waste Disposal in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 43 of 2022 Approving the Organisational Structure of Dubai Municipality,
have decided the following:
The words and expressions used in this Decision shall have the meanings assigned to them in Dubai Law No. 18 of 2024 referred to above, and the word "Organization" wherever it appears in this Decision shall mean "the Waste and Sanitation Organization of the Municipality".
