Dubai Administrative Decision No. 242 of 2009 On the Value of the Financial Allowance for the Use of Devices for Evaluating and Inspecting the Structural and Functional Condition of Roads

- Having considered the powers vested in us by Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 On the Establishment of Dubai Roads and Transport Authority;

- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 262 of 2007 On the Introduction or Amendment of Fees or Service Allowance;

- As presented to us by the Executive Director of the Traffic and Roads Organization, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Finance Department and the Director of the Organisational Development and Performance Department;

- acting in the public interest

We have decided the following:

First:

The value of the financial allowance for the use of devices for evaluating and examining the structural and functional condition of roads and providing various technical services to public and private entities inside and outside the Emirate of Dubai shall be in accordance with the following table:
