The following words and phrases, wherever used in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated against each of them, unless the context requires otherwise:
Emirate: Emirate of Dubai.
Authority: Roads and Transport Authority.
Organization: Public Transport Organization at the Authority.
Establishment: Any company or Organization registered in the Emirate to carry out the activity of transporting passengers by Buses.
Bus: A vehicle designed to carry more than fourteen passengers, including the Driver.
Driver: Bus Driver.
An Organization that wishes to operate Buses on specific routes and on regular schedules within and outside the Emirate must adhere to the following:
