- Having reviewed Dubai Law No. 11 of 2010 Concerning the Licensing of Maritime Vessels in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2023 Concerning the Dubai Maritime Authority;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 11 of 2013 Issuing the Executive Regulations for Dubai Law No. 11 of 2010 On the Licensing of Maritime Vessels in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 3 of 2023 Concerning the Controls, Conditions and Procedures for regulating the navigation of visiting Maritime Vessels in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text indicates otherwise:
Emirate: The Emirate of Dubai.
Authority: Dubai Maritime Authority.
Chief Executive Officer: Chief Executive Officer of the Authority.
