has decided:
The "Outdoor Advertising Guide in the Emirate of Dubai", published on the Municipality's website, is hereby adopted, including its procedures, requirements, specifications, and durations.
ُThe guide adopted by this Decision shall be applied to the following:
1. Outdoor advertising conducted in the Emirate of Dubai.
2. Organisations authorised to engage in outdoor advertising activities in the Emirate of Dubai.
