- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 21 of 1995 On Traffic and its Executive Regulations and its amendments and the decisions issued pursuant thereto;
- Dubai Law No. 17 of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Organization and its amendments;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 57 of 2017 Regarding the Regulation of the Issuance of Driving Licences and Permits in the Emirate of Dubai
have decided the following:
The following words and expressions, wherever they appear in this Decision, shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
State: The United Arab Emirates.
Emirate: The Emirate of Dubai.
Law: Federal Law No. 21 of 1995 referred to.
Authority: Roads and Transport Authority.
Organization: The Licensing Organization of the Organization.
Vehicle: A mechanical machine, ordinary bicycle, motor...
