The Director General of the Dubai Health Authority,
After perusal of:
- Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 Concerning Medical Liability;
- Dubai Law No. 32 of 2015 Concerning the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 6 of 2018 Concerning the Dubai Health Authority;
- Cabinet Decision No. 40 of 2019 Concerning the Implementing Bylaw of Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2016 Concerning Medical Liability;
- Dubai Decree No. 18 of 2018 Appointing the Director General of the Dubai Health Authority; and
- Dubai Administrative Decision No. 30 of 2017 Approving the Telehealth Services Regulatory Bylaw, and
- In accordance with work requirements,
Does hereby issue this Decision.
a. The above-mentioned Dubai Administrative Decision No. 30 of 2017 is hereby repealed.
b. All licences and decisions issued, and actions taken, by the Dubai Health Authority pursuant to the above-mentioned A Dubai Administrative Decision No. 30 of 2017 are deemed valid; and will continue in force to the extent that they do not ...
