After perusal of:
- Dubai Law No. 13 of 2008 Regulating the Interim Real Property Register in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Law No. 7 of 2013 Concerning the Land Department (the “DLD”);
- Dubai Law No. 4 of 2019 Concerning the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (the “RERA”); and
- The presentation of the Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Does hereby issue this Decision.
The percentages of completion of the Real Property Units to which the provisions of the abovementioned Dubai Law No. 13 of 2008 apply will be calculated in accordance with the standards, rules, and requirements stipulated in the “Guide for Calculating the Percentages of Completion of Real Property Units by Real Property Developers” published on the DLD website.
