Dubai Administrative Decision No. 1 of 2019 on Granting some Employees of the Dubai Development Authority the Status of Judicial Officers

Director General, having reviewed:

- Dubai Law No. 15 of 2014 on the Dubai Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority”);

- Dubai Law No. 32 of 2015 on the Dubai Government Official Gazette;

- Dubai Law No. 8 of 2016 regarding the Regulation of Granting the Status of Judicial Seizure in the Dubai Government;

- Dubai Law No. 10 of 2018 on Changing Names Related to the Dubai Development Authority;

- Dubai Decree No. 30 of 2017 on the Application of the Planning and Building Regulations of the Dubai Development Authority to certain Lands in the Emirate of Dubai;

- the Planning and Construction Legislation Applicable to the Areas under the Dubai Development Authority in the Emirate of Dubai;

- the Legislation Governing Companies, Commercial Organisations, Activities and Businesses within DDA-regulated Communities in the Emirate of Dubai;

has decided:
