Subject : Non-receipt of any advance payment
Based on Dubai bylaw No. 85 for the year 2006, Real estate brokers studies prevent the receipt of any amounts private buy the property as mediator or an office brokers real estate where the deposit must be under the (seller) and saves at the mediator until the completion of the procedures for selling the property.
Note In cases If the real estate offices do not obey this circular legal action will be taken.
