The main provisions on dismissal of a worker in the UAE are regulated by the key legislative act in the field of labor law, Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labor Relations. The following legislative acts supplement the Law:
- Cabinet Decision No. 1 of 2022 on the Implementing Regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2021 on the Unified General Rules of Labor in the United Arab Emirates.
