We, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Price of Dubai, Chairman of Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation
After Perusing:
- Dubai Law No. 1 of 2001 in respect of the establishment of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, and
- Dubai Law No. 4 of 2001 in respect of Free Zones,
Have decided to issue the following Decision:
We approve the Offshore Companies Regulations enclosed hereto.
The Offshore Companies regulations shall be applicable within Jebel Ali Free Zone.
The Offshore Companies Regulations shall come into force from the date of the issue of this Decision, and the executive chairman of the ports, customs, and Free Zone Corporation shall issue decisions that complement the present Decision.
