- Having reviewed Federal Law No. 4 of 2000 On the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority and Market and its amendments;

- Cabinet Decision No. 13 of 2000 On the Working system of the Securities and Commodities Authority and the amendments thereof;

- Cabinet Decision No. 51/2 of 2025 On the Reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority;

- SCA Chairman's Decision No. 13/R.M. of 2021  On the Manual for Financial Activities and the Mechanisms for the Harmonisation of Status and the amendments thereof;

- and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority;

- Based on what is required in the interest of business

has decided:

The definition of "General Clearing" contained in the "Glossary of Terms" of the Manual for Financial Activities shall be amended as follows:
