Having reviewed:
- Federal Decree-Law No. 28 of 2023 Establishing the Emirates Drug Establishment;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2024 On Medical Products, the Pharmacy Profession and Pharmaceutical Establishments;
- Ministerial Decision No. 140 of 2013 Regarding the Mechanism for Determining the Sale Prices of Medicines and Calculating new prices for Foreign Currency Exchange;
- based on the requirements of the public interest,
has decided:
The sale prices of new medical products (medicines) for pharmacies and the public shall be determined in accordance with the table below:
