Having reviewed:
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministers and the Powers of Ministries and its amendments;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2024 On Medical Products, the Pharmacy Profession and Pharmaceutical Establishments;
- Cabinet Decision No. 74/19 of 2023 On the Appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Drug Establishment and the formation of the Agency's Board of Directors;
- Decision of the Minister of Health and Community Protection No. 140 of 2013 Regarding the Mechanism for Determining the Sale Prices of Medicines and Calculating New Prices for Foreign Currency Exchange
- and based on the requirements of the public interest
have hereby decided:
The sale prices of new types of medical products for pharmacies and the public pharmacies shall be determined in accordance with the table below:
