- Cabinet Decision No. 51/2 of 2025 Regarding the Restructuring of the Board of Directors of the Securities and Commodities Authority;

- Decision of the Chairman of the Authority's Board of Directors No. /13 R.M. of 2021 Regarding the Rulebook for Financial Activities and Reconciliation Mechanisms and its amendments;

- Upon the approval of the Authority's Board of Directors by circulation, and based on the requirements of the work,
