We would like to inform you that we have made available, on the Dubai South website, Cabinet Decision No. 58 of 2020 Concerning Regulation of the Beneficial Owner Procedures (the “Decision”).

In addition, and in accordance with the Decision, the Ministry of Economy has provided a list of the data required to be submitted by DACC Licensees to comply with the Decision, as below:

- Statement of Identification of the Data of Partners or Shareholders Register, please click here.
Therefore, all DACC Licensees shall ensure compliance with the Decision and submit the required data to [email protected].
