Dubai Aviation City Corporation (the “Corporation”) has issued the second edition of the Dubai South Free Zone Rules (the “Freezone Rules”) and Dubai South Companies Regulations (the “Companies Regulations”), which repeal and replace the Freezone and Administration Rules and Regulations issued in March 2010.
• Dubai South Free Zone Rules 2025 set out the general regulatory framework governing Dubai South Free Zone (the “Free Zone”); including guidelines, requirements, and restrictions applicable to entities’ establishment, operation, employment, development, leasing, and other ancillary matters within the Free Zone;
• Dubai South Companies Regulations 2025 govern corporate matters for any company, branch, or sole establishment (freelancer) registered and authorized to undertake commercial activities in or from the Free Zone (“Free Zone Entities”).
