1. All companies must end in the words "Free Zone Limited Liability Company" which may be abbreviated to "FZ-LLC" in accordance with the Companies Regulations 2016 ("CRs").
2. All branches must end in the words "CREATIVE Media Zone - Abu Dhabi Branch" in accordance with the CRs.
3. Companies and branches must check whether their proposed company or branch name is already being used by an entity registered in the United Arab Emirates by checking with the appropriate UAE online company registries including the National Economic Register.
4. A company shall not have a name that is unacceptable to the Registrar, which shall include a name that:
a. includes Allah's name or "God" or his divine attributes;
b. may cause offence or be contradictory to the social, religious or culture norms of the United Arab Emirates
c. is the same as the name of another UAE registered company;
d. is the same as a well-known company name, trade name or trade mark,
e. gives the impression that the company or branch is connected with:
