RERA would like to thank you for your cooperation. With this circular, we would like to inform all the real estate brokerage offices to abide by the RERA rules and regulations for real estate advertisement.
Real estate brokerage offices must mention the office registration number and broker ID card number in all newspapers, magazines and email advertisement.
According to Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 25 of 2009, RERA may impose a fine of 50,000 dirham to the companies which are not following this rule.
